Tapes and media to be supplied for the screening
You organize your own film copies and tapes. We can take care of return shippings and other administrative work (at an additional charge).
To guarantee optimal screenings of digital media and to respond to your wishes, the media are briefly tested (image and sound) before screening. If you are unable to deliver the media one day before the screening, we kindly ask you to supply them at least half an hour before the screening. Uploading of DCPs and files takes at least 2 hours. This is why they should be delivered 6 working hours before the beginning of the screening. Non-compliance with this delivery deadline may cause imperfect screenings or even no screening at all. Please discuss the screening details with our competent operators before the beginning of the screening.
DVD and Blu-ray: please bear in mind that these non-professional screening media may cause system-based errors.

Lounges
For screenings for groups of less than 5 people, we are happy to share our cafeteria with you. The cafeteria is shared with other organizations, which is why access is restricted to 5 people. Please register your request for the use of the cafeteria when you book the cinema. Kindly note that food and beverages are not allowed in the cinema.

Visitors are admitted shortly before the beginning of the screening. For larger events, we kindly ask you to meet in front of the entrance at Neugasse 10 and to rent the cinema half an hour earlier to ensure running to time.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the screening. Cancellations within shorter periods are subject to a cancellation fee.
